J&S Warehouse is a public warehouse company that stores primarily industrial raw materials, including certain classes of regulated materials, in a 102,000 square foot warehouse located in East Brunswick, New Jersey.  In addition to the storage of raw materials, J&S also warehouses for third party clients products ranging from building supplies to clothing.  The Company has a varied customer base with a long history of business serving certain customers dating back to 1991.  The Company has obtained necessary federal, state and local permits and licenses required to operate a warehouse of this type.  The warehouse facility occupied by the Company is designed with specialized storage containment rooms, safety and secondary containment features and is fully sprinklered. 

We also include in our services a transportation affiliate: Rising Star Transportation.  Rising Star’s primary business is arranging deliveries to and from New Jersey piers and our warehouse facility for our warehouse customers and suppliers.
